My knee has been excruciatingly painful lately. I do not recall an injury to my knee, but I have been having a lot of backaches lately so I wonder if the two things are related. When I was single, I used to go to the gym after work every day before heading home. It was quite convenient as the gym was located just at the ground floor in my office building. After I had my kids, it was a bit tough to continue going to gym. My husband knew how much I missed going to the gym that he decided to get me the best home gym as my birthday gift. He had initially wanted it to be a surprise but decided against it as he was not sure which of the equipment I like better. So he took me to the store and asked me to choose.
